Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform that the academic session 2016-17 witnessed many commendable performances of our students. We would like to inform you about the schedule of the examination. Kindly note:
- Buses will ply as usual in the morning but will leave the school premises at 12:00 noon. Kindly make arrangements to drop and pick-up your ward from the school or bus stop accordingly.
- Please refer page no. 24 of the Almanac for the date sheet.
- 02.2017, 02.03.2017, 04.03.2017, 07.03.2017, 09.03.2017 and 10.03.2017 shall be the preparatory leaves.
- The school will remain closed on 24.02.2017 on account of “Mahashivratri”.
- Result declaration will be held on 03.2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. On the same day examination reforms will be introduced by the Principal in the open house as per the following schedule:

Please adhere to the timings and due to administrative reasons only one parent can attend the open house.
- Books will be available at the counter w.e.f. 03.2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on all the working days including Sundays except 30.03.2017, 03.04.2017 and 08.04.2017.
- Bus charges have to be deposited along with the tuition fees.
- No discontinuation of bus facility will be allowed during the session.
- Application for withdrawal from the school and bus shall be entertained till 31st March, 2017 After the due date, annual charges along with quarterly fees will be charged.
We shall strive to achieve success in our next session too.
