School is organizing a medical health check-up camp for all the students from 23rd to 30th November, 2017 in school premises. A team of doctors from Med Mavins Health Program is working in collaboration with Serona Health Pvt. Ltd. and Global Animationz LLC, United States to increase health awareness among children. Dr. Bharbi Chattopadhyay with his team will be conducting the entire program including General Physical examination, Blood Pressure check-up, BMI check-up, Dental Check-up, Eye testing, Hearing assessment, Behaviour response assessment, Growth Pattern, Height and Weight etc., and would require few basic details of the child such as:
- Vaccination record
- Details of chronic ailment of child (if any)
- Medical history of family of both maternal and paternal side (if any)
Necessary medical advice and precautionary measures will be given to the students. Kindly make sure that child is regular during this duration.
